Description
InsOpaint Kitchen and Bathroom paint has been specifically formulated to provide premium protection against mould and bacteria growth typically found in kitchen and bathrooms areas and provide high thermal insulation. Combined with our world-leading insulating technology, this hard-wearing bathroom paint emulsion also reduces heat loss through walls and ceilings. Painting and decorating has never been easier with this all-rounder Eco-friendly, washable kitchen paint that dries to a subtle mid-sheen finish that resists moisture, stains and grease.
InsOpaint acrylic paint covers up to 7 m² per litre with the recommended minimum of two coats. Painters and decorators can easily apply this thermal insulation bathroom paint by brush, roller or spray. If you are spray painting, filters MUST be removed and nozzle size increased to between 0.019X to 0.026X. InsOpaint thermal insulating kitchen paint has a distinct energy-saving advantage and has been scientifically proven to work. Painters and decorators should know we recommend a minimum of two coats of our acrylic paint for interior walls to achieve maximum thermal insulation and three coats for exterior walls. You can wallpaper over our kitchen and bathroom paint and it will continue to provide you with thermal insulation to reduce the heat lost through the walls and ceilings by reflecting the heat BACK in to the room/building. A 5L tub of this mould resistant paint will cover up to 17.5 m² with 2 coats.
InsOpaint Kitchen and Bathroom paint thermal insulation qualities are not diminished when painted on top of lining paper, wallpaper already painted with another emulsion and non-blown vinyl wallpapers. This eco-friendly thermal insulation paint should not be applied to “blown vinyl” wallpapers which absorb the paint and leave the insulating micro technology as a residue which will later become dispersed. Painting new plaster with our insulating emulsion paint requires a mist coat application, a coating that is one part paint and one part water, only then should you apply the rest of the insulating paint.
