Description
PRO Elastomeric is a high quality water-based elastomeric membrane with revolutionary, enhanced composite which makes the paint insulate and reflect heat. PRO Elastomeric cures to form a seamless membrane sealing the surface and ensures unrivaled breathability. On internal walls and ceilings, this coating reduces heat loss and on external walls and roofs, it will reflect heat from the sun, creating a cooler internal environment.

What is PRO – Elastomeric?
Elastomeric is a high-quality, water-based elastomeric coating with revolutionary Nano insulating technology whose unique thermal barrier makes the paint insulate and reflect heat while simultaneously creating a seamless, waterproof membrane. This ENERGY STAR qualified product meets the standards set by Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) for solar reflectance and thermal remittance. Elastomeric has been scientifically proven to work by world leading laboratories and independently tested to UK, EU and ASTM standards.
How does PRO Elastomeric work??
Manufactured using the very latest Nano insulating technologies and created by our highly-skilled R & D team, Elastomeric is specially formulated for use on roofs subject to sustained solar heat. Elastomeric’s effective thermal barrier refracts, reflects and dissipates heat from the sun, creating a cooler internal environment so reducing the need for air-conditioning. Reduces the urban heat – island effect and CO2 emissions.

Applying Elastomeric Thermilate Technologies Elastomeric is supplied in 5 Gallon Pails and can be applied by paint brush, roller or paint pad. It can also be applied by spray equipment but the filters must be removed. For best results, two coats of Elastomeric should be applied. Elastomeric gives a very mild textured feel and produces a flat finish. For detailed method of application, contact your distributor/office.
Save money -and the environment! Thermilate Technologies Elastomeric is an exciting, environmentally friendly coating which is manufactured using the latest Nano CNB insulating technology. When used on Thermilate Technologies PRO Elastomeric can reduce energy costs by up to 37%. Elastomeric is specially formulated for use on buildings which are subject to sustained solar heat. Elastomeric’s thermal barrier reduces heat gain making interiors more comfortable and less reliant on the use of air-conditioning. It is designed for use on:

Preparation Remove loose or flaking material. Make sure the surface is. clean (no dirt or grease) and dry. Seal: If new, bare and absorbent surface, seal with this product, thinned 10% with water.
Paint Stir to ensure paint is completely mixed. Dry: Apply 2 coats with a brush or roller, leave 2-4 hours between coats. Do not apply in very damp or humid conditions or extreme temperatures. TIP: if the colour change is strong, more coats may be required.
Clean Remove paint from the brush or roller with a cloth and then wash with water Store: Store the paint in dry conditions and protect from any extreme temperatures.
